ARRIVAL +5–10KEBS admits vehicles less than 8 years old from year of first registration — for a 2026 import, first registered in 2019 or later. KRA’s duty exemption uses a different test: 8 years from manufacture.
Left-hand drive vehicles cannot be registered in Kenya. Australian vehicles are RHD — a natural fit.
